All individuals are entitled to their own beliefs and may express those beliefs in word and deed according to the dictates of their consciences.
All individuals have the right to speak, assemble, and organize to pursue common ends in accordance with their beliefs. At the heart of this freedom is the right to political speech and the right to challenge impermissible campaign finance laws that restrict it.
Government at all levels must respect individuals right to possess and use their property free of government interference or threat of taking.
Individuals have the right to form and enter into contracts without government interference. This includes protection against overregulation of business or private activities.
Individuals have the right to purchase, possess, and use firearms for legitimate purposes.
Government at all levels must operate within the limitations prescribed by the Constitution.
The national government as well as state governments must operate within their proper roles under the Constitution.
The executive, legislative, and judicial branches of government have unique duties and responsibilities and may not exercise the powers granted to another branch. The federal bureaucracy is part of the executive branch and may not act as a shadow legislature or court.
The role of traditional family morals in our culture must be protected. This includes protecting states’ power to protect traditional marriage and guard against indecency.
All human beings have an unalienable right to life and must be protected from harm, whether in infancy or old age.
The right of every human being to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness must be protected without respect to race, ethnicity, or other arbitrary distinctions.
