Katie Biber is Senior Counsel for Airbnb, Inc., where she advises multiple departments on federal, state and local regulatory and policy issues. She previously served as general counsel for Governor Romney’s 2012 presidential campaign, where she managed the legal team and led post-election preparation. Before joining the Romney campaign, Katie was a senior associate at Patton Boggs LLP and associate counsel to the Bush-Cheney re-election campaign. She holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from George Washington University.

Benjamin Domenech is the Publisher of The Federalist and Editor of The Transom, a daily subscription newsletter for political insiders. Domenech also serves as a Senior Fellow at The Heartland Institute, specializing in health care and entitlement policy. He previously worked as Speechwriter to HHS Secretary Tommy Thompson, and as Chief Speechwriter for U.S. Senator John Cornyn of Texas. Ben is also Editor-in-Chief of The City, an academic journal on faith and culture published by Houston Baptist University. He co-founded Redstate and appears regularly on Fox News, MSNBC, and The Blaze.

Jason Fodeman is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician. He currently is Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Arizona and is also Medical Director of the University of Arizona Medical Center Home Health. He has previously studied as an Adjunct Scholar at the James Madison Institute. During his residency at Cedars Sinai Medical Center he was a Senior Fellow in Health Care Studies at the Pacific Research Institute and President of the Docs4PatientCare California Chapter, and he has completed a Graduate Health Policy Fellowship at the Heritage Foundation. His work has appeared in the Washington Examiner, Arizona Republic, National Review Online, and The Washington Times. He is studying for an M.B.A. at the University of Arizona, and holds an M.D. from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Yeshiva University and a B.A. in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.

Rebeccah Heinrichs is the Owner of Praxis, LLC, a company that advises organizations in national security policy and develops implementation strategies. She is also Vice Chairman for the John Hay Initiative Counter-proliferation Working Group, where she contributes research and analysis to policy research papers. Rebeccah was previously a Fellow at the Heritage Foundation, and she has served as the Military Legislative Assistant for Congressman Trent Franks (AZ-02). Her work has appeared in major newspapers such as the Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times, The Washington Times, and Investor’s Business Daily. She has also appeared on CNN’s the Lead with Jake Tapper as well as FoxNews.com. She received an M.A. in National Security and Strategic Studies from the United States Naval War College and a B.A. in Political Science and History as an Ashbrook Scholar at Ashland University.

Mark Hemingway is a Senior Writer for The Weekly Standard. He was previously an Editorial Writer for the Washington Examiner, as well as a Staff Writer for National Review Online and The American Spectator. Mark was the recipient of the 2002 Gold Award Fellowship from the Phillips Foundation and was twice awarded the Global Prosperity Initiative Fellowship from the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. He has appeared on Fox News, MSNBC, CNN, C-SPAN’s Washington Journal, and multiple radio shows. He holds a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Oregon.

Mollie Hemingway is a Senior Editor for The Federalist, an online publication that promotes liberty and virtue. She was previously the Morning Editor of Ricochet, where she hosted and managed right-of-center discussions. She has also served as a Senior Writer for GetReligion, a columnist for Christianity Today, and a Reporter for Federal Times. Mollie’s work has been published in the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and the Los Angeles Times, and she was the 2004 recipient of a Phillips Foundation Journalism Fellowship. She holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado.

Kristen Indriago is Director of Communications for the Texas Public Policy Foundation. She began her career with public relations agencies such as Springbok Cohn & Wolfe and GCI Read-Poland working primarily in technology. She expanded her career to include editing positions with Austin Family Magazine and The Observer newspaper, ultimately founding and managing Indriago Public Relations, LLC. She served as Membership Chair and President-elect to the Florida Public Relations Association Southwest Florida chapter, and she is a 2013 Liberty@Work Fellow with the Charles Koch Institute. Kristen holds a B.A. in Public Relations from Eastern Kentucky University.

Bernard McNamee is the Senior Domestic Policy Advisor and Counsel for United States Senator Ted Cruz. He was previously a Partner at McGuireWoods, LLP, and has held multiple appointments in the Office of the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Virginia, including Chief Deputy Attorney General, Chief Counsel, and Transition Director. He also served as Deputy Counselor and Policy Advisor to a Governor of Virginia. He holds a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.

Emily Schultheis is the Managing Editor of National Affairs. She was previously the Deputy Managing Editor of the Washington Free Beacon and the Deputy Online Editor for The Weekly Standard. Her writing has appeared in each of these publications, as well as in the Wall Street Journal. She holds an M.A. in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Washington University, St. Louis.

Troy Senik is the Editor-in-Chief of Ricochet.com, a columnist and member of the editorial board at the Orange County Register, the host of a series of podcasts for the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, and a Senior Fellow at the Center for Individual Freedom. He previously served in the White House as a speechwriter for President George W. Bush. He holds a master’s degree in public policy from Pepperdine University and a B.S. in political science from Belmont University.

Steve Simpson is Director of Legal Studies at the Ayn Rand Institute, where he writes and speaks on a variety of constitutional matters, including freedom of speech, economic liberty, and property rights. His expertise in constitutional law was developed through his long experience in litigation as a Senior Attorney for the Institute for Justice. Prior to his tenure at the Institute for Justice, Steve served as a Litigation Associate for Shearman & Sterling. His work has been published in the Wall Street Journal, the American Spectator, the Washington Post, and The Daily Caller. He holds a B.A. in Biology from Drew University and a J.D. from New York Law School.

John Thorlin is Counsel to the Minority for the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations of the U.S. Senate, where he specializes in international tax, technology, and defense issues. He previously served as a Policy Associate at the Institute for Energy Research. He is also the author of two geopolitical thriller novels, Stand of Knights and The Lafayette Initiative. He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Mechanical Engineering from Harvard College.

Keith Urbahn is the President and CEO of Javelin Group LLC, where he provides communications services for clients that include major media and political figures. He is also a Lieutenant in the US Navy Reserves. He previously worked for Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, first as a Writer and Researcher for the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and later as a Writer, Special Assistant, and Chief of Staff to the Office of Donald Rumsfeld. In his capacity as a writer, he has assisted with numerous publications, including the bestselling memoir Known and Unknown. He holds a B.A. in Religious Studies from Yale University.

Chris Wallace is a Senior Producer for the Fox News Channel, where he has co-created and launched numerous programs for web and cable distribution. He has produced various documentaries with the Fox Documentary Specials Unit, including “Benghazi: The Truth Behind the Smokescreen” and “The Great Food Stamp Binge.” Chris has also served on the Fox Business Network as a Senior Producer, developing programs like Happy Hour. Before joining Fox, he worked as a Senior Producer for CNN International. Chris received an M.B.A. from Monmouth University and a B.A. in Psychology from Boston College.
