John Eastman on the Hugh Hewitt Show

On Monday, the Supreme Court agreed to hear Grutter v. Bollinger, a case challenging Michigan Law School’s race-based affirmative action plan. John C. Eastman, Director of The Claremont Institute’sCenter for Constitutional Jurisprudence, and former U.S. Attorney General Edwin Meese III, with the able research assistance of 2002 Lincoln Fellow Timothy Sandefur, had filed a brief urging the Court to take the case.

Dr. Eastman will be discussing this case and other significant developments out of the Supreme Court this afternoon on his weekly radio debate with U.S.C. Law Professor Erwin Chemerinsky on the nationally-syndicated Hugh Hewitt Show. Today’s program will air live at 4:30 PT rather than the usual 5:30 time. Tune in to KRLA 870 am in Los Angeles, check for Hugh Hewitt’s local affiliates, or listen online.
