Scott Wolland is a career federal employee of the Department of Homeland Security assigned to the Office of Port and Facility Activities, Information Sharing and Outreach Branch, at Coast Guard Headquarters in Washington, DC.He has also been a member of the Coast Guard Reserve for 15 years and in that capacity is assigned to the National Defense Intelligence College in Washington.
