Patrick J. Garrity is a Senior Fellow of the Claremont Institute and a senior policy analyst, based in Washington, D.C., for the Los Alamos Scientific Laboratories.
In addition to serving in his Los Alamos position since 1985, Dr. Garrity was a fellow at the Johns Hopkins University Foreign Policy Institute in Washington, D.C. from 1994 until early 1996. He has published widely on international affairs and American foreign policy.
Dr. Garrity holds the M.A. and Ph.D. in Government from the Claremont Graduate School.
