David Strom is the President of the Minnesota Free Market Institute. From 2004 to 2007 he was the President of the Taxpayers League of Minnesota. He is a graduate of Carleton College, and holds a Masters Degree in Political Science from Duke University. He has taught political philosophy at Duke University, North Carolina State University, Carleton College, and the University of St. Thomas.
