Glenn Ellmers

Glenn Ellmers is a speechwriter at the U.S. Department of Energy.

He is former director of  research at the Claremont Institute. He holds a B.A. in International Relations from Boston University, and a Masters in Political Philosophy from the Claremont Graduate School. Before joining the Institute he worked for the Republican Caucus of the California Assembly. He has published articles in the Washington Times, Orange County Register, San Diego Union-Tribune, and National Review.
