Giuseppe Mazzotta

Giuseppe Mazzotta is Sterling Professor of Italian at Yale University and chairman of the Italian department, and the author of several volumes on Dante, among them Dante, Poet of the Desert: History and Allegory in the Divine Comedy (Princeton University Press) and Dante's Vision and the Circle of Knowledge (Princeton University Press).
