Charles R. Kesler is a senior fellow of The Claremont Institute and editor of the Claremont Review of Books.
He received his Ph.D. in Government from Harvard University and is currently Director of the Henry Salvatori Center at Claremont McKenna College. He is editor of Saving the Revolution: The Federalist Papers and the Founding (Free Press, 1987), and co- editor, with William F. Buckley, Jr., of Keeping the Tablets: Readings in American Conservatism. Dr. Kesler contributes regularly to the opinion pages of the Wall Street Journal and the Los Angeles Times. Dr. Kesler serves as Director of the Claremont Institute's Publius Fellows Program.
