Dear Friend:

In America's darkest hour President Lincoln said, "We must disenthrall ourselves, and then we shall save our country."

Every one of us at the Claremont Institute thinks of this imperative every day. We work to save our country by disenthralling Americans from the false and dangerous ideas that have jeopardized our experiment in self-government.

We do this work through our flagship publication, the Claremont Review of Books, our Publius and Lincoln Fellowship programs for young conservative leaders, and our policy work on immigration reform, the judiciary, and national security and education. We are led in these efforts by such thinkers as William Bennett, our Washington Fellow and the host of the fastest-growing talk-radio program in the country, and Charles Kesler, editor of the Review.

All of us would be honored if our mission met with your approval and you chose to support it with a donation. Your contribution will be very gratefully appreciated. It will go immediately to sustain the Institute's projects, which are all having a growing impact.

We invite you to make a tax-deductible year end gift through our secure server.

Best personal regards.

Sincerely,

Brian T. Kennedy

President
