You are cordially invited to join the Claremont Institute, including Washington Fellow William Bennett, on an unforgettable cruise of the eastern seaboard of the United States. This journey will combine luxurious travel to the historic sites of our nation's founding with first-class lectures on politics and history.

We have titled the cruise "Saving the Revolution: The Claremont Institute's 25th Anniversary Cruise." It will be aboard the Crystal Symphony, October 1-12, 2004.

We will be embarking from Montreal, with ports of call in:

    Bar Harbor, Maine

    Boston, Massachusetts

    Newport, Rhode Island

    New York City, New York

You will be accompanied by a panel of distinguished scholars and authors who will participate in seminars on American history and current politics. Private receptions and tours will provide intimate settings for discussions on the most important political issues of our day, including (especially) the November elections.

Participants include:

William Bennett, Washington Fellow of the Claremont Institute

There will be a special lecture in Newport, Rhode Island, by Richard Brookhiser. Following the cruise, Mr. Brookhiser will provide a private tour of the New-York Historical Society's exhibit commemorating the 200th anniversary of Alexander Hamilton's death. The author of many books, including Alexander Hamilton, American, Mr. Brookhiser is the historian-curator for this exhibit.

Come with us as we celebrate America's rich historical heritage and relive the remarkable events that gave birth to our great nation. Delight in the breathtaking beauty of New England and Canada's autumn colors as you enjoy six-star service on the world-famous Crystal Symphony.
