CCJ Files Brief in U.S. Supreme Court on National Security

Dr. John C. Eastman, Karen Lugo, and advisory board member John Yoo, representing the Claremont Institute's Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence, have filed an amicus brief in the case of Eric Holder et. al. v. Humanitarian Law Project et. al., detailing the founder's understanding of the powers of the federal government in times of war, and arguing that the prevention of all aid, support, and assistance to terrorist groups is both justified and constitutional, HERE.
