2010 Publius Fellowship

The 2010 Publius Fellowship will be held in Southern California, June 25 - July 9

 

Please submit an application consisting of the following materials, in this order:

  • Personal information
    • Name (Last, First, Middle); Age
    • Current Position
    • Citizenship
    • Social Security Number; Date and Place of Birth; Sex
    • Current Address (Dates Valid)
    • Home Phone; Cell Phone
    • Email Address
  • Personal resume. Include undergraduate and graduate education, degrees received or anticipated, work experience, internships, awards, fellowships, publications, or any other information of interest.
  • Personal statement explaining your career plans and your interest in becoming a Publius Fellow (350-500 words).
  • New or recently published draft of an op-ed article. If writing it for this application, aim at 700 words.
  • A college or graduate school paper (no more than 15 pages).
  • Three or four letters of recommendation (may be mailed separately).
  • Official transcripts of all undergraduate and graduate work (may be mailed separately).

 

(Fellows receive a stipend of $500, up to $500 in travel expenses, housing, and most meals during their two-week stay with the Claremont Institute.)
