Faith-Based, Not Bureaucracy BoundFour distinguished advocates of religious liberty show how houses of worship can successfully oppose attempts by government bureaucracies, especially local, to regulate freedom of worship-whether such constraint comes by imposing nuisance ordinances, altering church architecture, limiting congregation size, seizing property, preventing a house of worship from being built, or any number of other ways. This monograph is the first in a series published by the Center for Local Government of the Claremont Institute.
