On Tuesday, October 29th, Director of the Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence John Eastman will be attending a White House press conference where the President will offer his statement on the judicial confirmation crisis.
Eastman's testified before the House Judiciary Committee on the Constitution on October 10th, and wrote an article proposing a way to end the confirmation stalemate that appeared in the October 17th edition of the Wall Street Journal.
