John Eastman, director of the Claremont Institute's Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence, will appear on FOX News' The O'Reilly Factor today at 5:00 p.m. PDT/8:00 p.m. EDT. The segment will also be rebroadcast later today at 8:00pm PDT/11:00pm EDT. Eastman will discuss the City of Los Angeles' Rule 40, which prohibits police officers from enforcing federal immigration laws.
